Abstract:
In compliance with Section 9 (2) of the Law Reform Commission Act 2008, I have the honour to submit to you copies of the Report on examining the feasibility and appropriateness of setting up a National Heritage Board to preserve Samoa’s various national heritage sites, as referred to the Samoa Law Reform Commission for review. This Report sets out the Commission’s recommendations on examining the feasibility and appropriateness of setting up a National Heritage Board to preserve Samoa’s various national heritage sites after its public consultations and research on the changes to be in accordance with section 4 of the Law Reform Commission Act 2008.
