Abstract:
The Samoa Times reel 5, takes us from 1985 to the end of 1989. A very exciting time in Samoa, and a lot went on at this time. Life continues to change and improve for many people and some new and emerging leaders and businesses emerged. Again, education and social issues were emphasize in the struggle to establish the National University of Samoa and the Ministry of Education surge forward to develop tertiary learning institutes as well finding it hard to maintain the balance in terms of labour and financial resources to make it work.
